RETURNS AND REFUNDS PULICY

For every order you place with us, you are fully protected by a 60 day 100% money-back return policy.
Here’s how it works:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied at any time during the 60 days after purchase, simply send us the product back by mail to the address you’ll find below.
Once we receive your product, we’ll start processing your refund which will take between 3 to 5 days.
To be eligible for a refund, your refund request should come no later than 60 days after we shipped your product to you. You can find the date on the package when you receive it or inside your confirmation email.

- Parcel must be retuned within 60 days
- Return or Exchanged products must be in good condition as received or packaged.
- Refund process in full via the same method of payment
- Refund must be signed and made within a period of 5 working days
Understand that, In most cases this will be minus shipping and transfer fees, although if it was a blatant mistake by us we’ll pick up everything. Bottom line, to leave our customers satisfied and happy!
We’re keeping track on all orders you place. We as well provide order/tracking reference on products as they are being sent and also Tracking on recent orders to verify validity and Assurance.
Please keep in mind that we do not support the return shipping costs.
Follow these steps to get a refund:
- Fill the Return and Refund Form you received with your order.
- Send us back the product at the above address.
- Please be patient, we’ll refund your order in no time, once we receive your package. We’ll also send you an email and let you know it has been done.
Lastly, and this is totally optional and at your discretion, we sure would appreciate it if you would include some explanation for why you’re requesting a refund, so we can work to make the product better.
